Fixed a resource leak with the menus, and added a refresh option if you right-click on the command icons on the right. Don't worry about the large .zip size, the source code uses most of the source.

The toolbar supports snapping to the edge of the desktop, on the fly addition and deletion of items, as well as the option to temporarily compress the toolbar size to reclaim desktop space without exiting the program. There is also easy support for multiple toolbar settings. Don't worry about the large .zip size, the .exe is only 28K.
